Whether you are just starting out or a long-time exerciser seeking better results, our coaching programs assess your current fitness level and goals, continually moving you toward your personal picture of Physical Wealth. Your program is designed to give you flexibility so that you can workout anywhere, anytime, and with as little or as much equipment as you choose – it always fits your schedule making you more likely to stick with your program.
The first step to achieving physical wealth is to identify your vision – what Physical Wealth truly means to you. Then your coach will help you to gather pertinent information – set a baseline – about your current activity and exercise levels, lifestyle, and eating habits. This includes using Motivational Exercise Tools to collect data about your current physical activities. By setting your baseline, you and your coach can determine exactly where you are starting from and what specific goals to set and focus on in order to achieve your vision.
Working together, you and your coach will develop long-term and short-term (including weekly and daily) goals to help you achieve your vision. Your coach will also provide expert guidance in heart rate training and exercise and activity strategies for you to get the most results in the least amount of time. Each day’s goals are often quite different from the next day’s to help prevent boredom, burnout, and injury.
Each week, your coach will review your progress towards your goals. Sessions often include identifying and overcoming obstacles that get in your way, enhancing your ability to succeed. Working together, you and your coach will design goals for the following week to get you closer to achieving the results you want. While we are experts in fitness, as coaches we honor that you are the expert on you.
