Heather Moreno

Heather Moreno is President of PeopleFit USA and author of the book Achieving Physical Wealth: 8 Simple Steps for Breaking the Rules of Staying Fit

A respected and leading voice in the health and fitness industry, Heather has been empowering people from all walks of life to achieve Physical Wealth, for over ten years, by providing them the individual support and tools they need for more positive results from their eating patterns and fitness programs.

She has taught thousands of individuals her eight-step system for getting and staying in shape, which has been incorporated into the PeopleFit USA Custom Fit Coaching and Corporate Fitness Programs. As an in-demand and popular keynote speaker, she has spoken to leading organizations such as WorldatWork, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Metropolitan Water District, St. Joseph Hospital, and Little Company of Mary Hospital, and presented at the 2006 IDEA Personal Trainer conference in New York.

A former CPA with KPMG, Heather left the world of finance to pursue her passion for fitness in 1996. She first completed the UCLA certificated program for Fitness Instructors, and then became certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Council on Exercise, and Wellcoaches.

Heather passionately believes that individuals can achieve physical wealth by leading lives filled with energy, vitality, self-confidence, and good health by taking control over their own health and fitness. This sometimes requires shift of thinking. She teaches that such a shift doesn't have to be boring or hard. Heather's clients consistently benefit because she dispels myths and stops the confusion surrounding fitness and weight loss through a simple, yet powerful system.

Through her popular fitness products to the innovative coaching programs she has developed, Heather shows real people how to get real results with exercise - how to overcome the obstacles everyone encounters, and how to utilize key ideas to maximize motivation. Additionally, Heather bases her diet lessons on the idea that there are no “bad” foods. She can often be heard saying, “Chocolate doesn't make you fat.”

California born and raised, Heather resides with her husband, Mike, and cat, Emjai, in California's Central Coast. A perfect place to indulge her taste for wine!
