“When I first looked into PeopleFit USA, I could not understand how a once-a-week telephone session could possibly affect my eating and exercise habits the other six days of the week. Even after talking to references I was slightly skeptical, but decided to give it a try. Within the very first week, I was shocked to see the results of how well the process worked. “For quite some time I was working out very consistently, several times a week, and not getting results. I knew exercise was the answer to reaching my goals, but what I was doing wasn’t working.

“After my second child, it was difficult to lose that last ten pounds. Every year another pound or two showed up - until I was 20 pounds heavier than I wanted to be. “I had been working out for three years, and for the first year and a half I consistently lost weight. But then I hit a plateau and for the next 18 months, nothing. No more weight loss.
